SDL TridionR5 is Citrix Ready. SDL Tridion enrolled the Citrix Ready partner program as a Global Alliance of Citrix as of first of January 2008.
This technology partnership ensures SDL Tridion customers a solid and stable operation of our WCM system on top of the Citrix Presentation server. The powerful combination of the SDL Tridion Web Content Management system and Citrix Presentation Server™ allows content managers and creators to access the SDL Tridion WCM system with their preferred Internet browser (MSIE, FireFox, Safari, etc). The Citrix Ready™ certification of SDL Tridion shows how two leading organizations collaborate to serve the growing need of users to work browser independent. Seamless window, single-sign-on and client drive mapping are just three of the many benefits of this partnership joint customers can experience.
Many of our customers already are customers from Citrix in other application domains, but can now easily benefit from this partnership without any further investment. SDL Tridion customers who are not Citrix customers, need to acquire the appropriate Citrix Presentation Server licenses via the Citrix sales channel.
