BluePrinted process definitions

BluePrinted process definitions ensure a uniform approach to your approval processes throughout your organisation. You can centralise the ways in which your organisation creates and approves content while allowing for local adaptation based on the roles and responsibilities of contributors in different regions or departments.

Clear process tracking

Approval statuses are displayed in the list views of items, meaning that you can more easily track and identify the progress of any workflow activity.

Ease of use

Multiple workflow activity completion gives managers the ability to simultaneously complete a workflow activity for multiple items.

Managed process definitions

R5 managed process definitions allow you to use workflow processes as you would any managed content, allowing for localisation of processes and the ability to port definitions between systems.
